Identity, Health & Wellbeing Puppet Show
Early Stage 1
PDHPE Incursion
Brought to life through a cast of playful puppet characters, this dynamic 25-minute puppet show takes students on an interactive journey of discovery, laughter, and learning. Through storytelling, songs, and audience participation, children explore what makes them unique, identifying personal strengths and characteristics that shape their identity and support wellbeing.
Along the way, students learn how everyday habits such as quality sleep, time outdoors, healthy food choices, movement, and positive connections with others help keep minds and bodies healthy. The show also introduces the importance of using digital devices safely by following trusted adult guidance, both at school and at home.
Through fun, relatable scenarios, students practise and demonstrate simple hygiene strategies that promote good health and wellbeing, empowering them with skills they can use every day.
