About
Ever dreamed of launching a rocket so far up into the atmosphere you couldn’t see it? On this 1.5 hour Rocket Masterclass Incursion we bring the fun to you! Students design and build their very own rocket before launching their spacecraft into the sky above the rooftops using a specially designed high pressure industrial rocket launcher. Guaranteed to get the adrenaline pumping, students will watch in awe as they witness their rockets roar into the sky. Through championship competitions with their friends, students will monitor the highest rockets, learning how each shape and design affects performance. A unique, engaging and action packed Incursion that will have your students feeling like professional rocket engineers!

Day Outline
| Introductory Presentation | The day kicks off with a meet and greet with our enthusiastic Rangers before enjoying an interactive and engaging presentation. (approx. 15 minutes) |
| Grouping: Students are divided into their groups of approximately x 30 students and are allocated a Ranger guide for each activity. | |
| Activity 1 | How to build rocket masterclass and scientific principles behind it. Approximately 15 minutes. |
| Activity 2 | Making and designing rockets. Approximately 25 minutes |
| Activity 3 | Competition time- launching rockets. Approximately 30 minutes. |
